Activities

A range of activities are listed below in chronological order to provide a clear timeline for the project’s progression.
  • - In  April-May, 2020, governmental representatives, entrepreneurs, engineers, and architects of the region will gather to hold preliminary discussions. During this initial meeting, the concepts and goals of the project will be introduced and examined.
  • - On May-June, 2020, a series of workshop will be held alongside borderline locations to exchange ideas and opinions regarding the development of the ecotourism of the region. One of the key goals of these workshops is to identify and clarify the economic benefits this project can have on underdeveloped rural areas.
  • -  Ideas will be exchanged in regards to the development of the formation of National Botanical Garden showcasing endemic plants, while prominent cooks will be consulted to assist in the establishment of a state-of-the-art restaurant that will feature a wide selection of popular traditional plates and beverages. In the meantime, we are going to start developing specially-certified units designed to educate and train promising candidates to attain a wide-breadth of knowledge on the region’s nature and cuisine.
  • -Another workshop will be held on July, 2020 to discuss the creation of a Park of Adventure that is specifically designed for adrenaline junkies and other tourists seeking high-thrill entertainment.
  • -On October of 2020, a workshop will be held in Hamburg, Germany to discuss methods to attract interest from the Albanian Diaspora. The Diaspora community demonstrates great interest in regaining ties to their land, with countless individuals reinvesting in their old neighborhoods in the form of small family businesses. In this region, like in many other places in Albania, Kosove , Monte Negro and North Macedonia there is an over saturation of cafes and restaurants in the service industry. For the most part, there is very little investment in anything else; thus, the local business landscape is in a constant state of flux, with family-owned stores commonly faltering and replacing one another.  It is our duty to prevent potential investors from succumbing to this cyclical trap and to make a package that will highlight the advantages of an innovative joint-venture designed to unlock a virtually untouched market. Moreover, it would be prudent to tap into their nostalgic attachment to the land and underscore how unique and dazzling the region’s nature is.
  • -Another workshop focused on making appeals to the Diaspora community will be held in New York  December 2020 providing a detailed update on the project’s progression and highlighting how crucial their investments are to the development process.
  • -During 2020, AXA Of Alps is going to work on a masterplan to achieve optimal levels of collaboration between engineering and designing teams located in the border regions.  Particularly, AXA will continue to work with international Winter Ski Resorts and Winter Sport Designing Teams  to prepare detailed project blueprints and construction proposals. By the end of the 2020, year AXA.Org, is going to introduce its portfolio of documents to representatives of the regional governments.
  • -On August, 2020, another workshop covering the potential of medicinal tourism in the region will be held, demonstrating the big opportunities that the region’s local flora and fauna have to offer. In the Peaks of Tropoja and Bjeshket e Nemuna and facility will be created to exhibit the countless varieties of medicinal herbs that are native to the region; health-conscientious visitors will have the privilege of seeing and testing over 100-120 sorts of herbs.
  • - The Management Plan will always remain fluid and flexible; all proposals and suggestions will be given proper consideration and review.
