Diaspora, is going to have a pivotal role. Due to their strong nostalgic attachment to the land, it is important to give the right place to the Diaspora community, especially for those that are native to the region. Offering them specific projects and giving them other advantages will help in achieving good-faith and maximizing productivity.

• Establishing a Fund for Diaspora would be a wise step.​

• On October of 2018, a workshop will be held in Berlin to discuss methods to attract interest from the Albanian Diaspora. The Diaspora community demonstrates great interest in regaining ties to their land, with countless individuals reinvesting in their old neighborhoods in the form of small family businesses. In this region, like in many other places in Albania, there is an over saturation of cafes and restaurants in the service industry. For the most part, there is very little investment in anything else; thus, the local business landscape is in a constant state of flux, with family-owned stores commonly faltering and replacing one another.  It is our duty to prevent potential investors from succumbing to this cyclical trap and to make a package that will highlight the advantages of an innovative joint-venture designed to unlock a virtually untouched market. Moreover, it would be prudent to tap into their nostalgic attachment to the land and underscore how unique and dazzling the region’s nature is.
