​This project is going to bring the Border Region Countries(AL-MN-KO-MA)  economically more close at European Union. The re-curses that this Region offers on Mountain Tourism are unlimited and with few investments is going to be transform in one of the most attractive places in Southern Europe and even in the world.

• ​Through this Project the Region is going to be effected not only itself but is going to effect Europe too. More than 1,5 million people will be employed , 3-4,5 million people are going to visit it every year(even more), will be build new around 200-250 km and renovate more than 200 km roads.
• The European Union has beside the economical interest also a huge political interest. Balkan Region , because its geographical position, is a Region where a lot of interests interfere each-other and each one of the big powers are working to establish their influence.  Being a part of Europe , the four countries(AL-MN-KO-MA)inspire to be soon full European Union  members. Is first in European Union interests to take care about this Region, integrating all four countries inside the Union economically and politically, Otherwise will be a waste chance of opportunity.
