-The Border region of AL-MN-KO-MA is special for three reasons:
- Most of the area is untouched, pure a virgin Nature, 100% clean, one of the most attractive in Southern Europe .
- This Border Region being very rich on flora and fauna, specially it offers a lot on using medical herbs, forest fruits, clean waters and the all Border line is only 25 min away from sea shore.
- Because most of the area of the Border Region is at average high above sea level from 1600-2200m . with a long Winter time and a lot of Snow offers huge potential to develop Winter Sport Activities.
-To reach the standards of this project, up to 280km - 300 km of new road must be created, while additional renovations on preexisting roads are required to fulfill the target goal of 220km.
-We need to build new network of water utilities and supplies, with the main focus being on the formation of water wells on the peaks. The best solution is going to come through a careful study that will take into consideration all needs.
-The distance from any corner of Border Region to Adriatic and Jon sea shore is going to be only 25 min.
-Is foreseen that this project is going to give work to more than 1 million people in this Region.
- The power Plant in Lume e Gashit is going to reach a range of producing power over 21000Kw/h and its reservoir is going to be the biggest Trout Reservation Park in Europe(The Alpine Trofta Pikaloshe).
-Based in this Projekt are going to be build three Adventure Parks:
-AXA of ALPS in cooperation with governments of the Region is going to establish a professional school system to prepare the necessary specialists who are going to serve in this field. In Shkoder city in Albania and in Prizren city in Kosova will be set up the two main Education centers( Institute or College) to prepare the future professional servants on Tourism field.
-Based in our Pre - Estimation the value of this Project is going to be around 700-850 millions euro(First Phase: 2020-2026)
But our prognoses for the next 10-12 years has foreseen an investment that goes around 1.6-1.8 Millard euro.
-The distance from any corner of Border Region to Adriatic and Jon sea shore is going to be only 25 min.
-Is foreseen that this project is going to give work to more than 1 million people in this Region.

- -One on the area of Bredhi Hatoves, Permet.
