Firstly, AXA.Org is going to hold talks with government representatives of the border region and discuss the countless opportunities this project offers to their countries. Negotiations will take place with private businesses and entrepreneurs on how to capitalize on this region’s massive potential.
The implementation of this Project is going to be broken down into three phases:
Phase 1
Preparing various drafts and assessing options will allow us to extract the most promising ideas to develop a master plan. The final option will represent the best technical designs, the most rational economic concepts, and the top marketing strategies. Above all, flexibility will be its key feature in order to facilitate organic development.

This phase includes:
Within the periode of 2020-2021 calendar year, teams will develop designs of four separate parks.
A) The Botanical Gardens of Tropoja and Plava
B)The National Park of Adventures (The Magic Triangle Theth, Valbona Valley, Curraj Eper, and the Koman Lake). There is potential for a separate small-scale version of such a park in the Osumi Cannons and Tomorri Mountain, Dajti Mountain(Tirana), and At Nivica canons and Llogara.
C) Sanctuary of Medical Herbs (One where the borders of Albania, Montenegro and Kosovo meet each other and two others one in Koshtune(Bjeshket e Nemuna, Kosove and the other one in Shari Hights)
- During the period of 2020-2021, a final plan will be created for the development of ski slopes throughout the region. More specifically, focus is going to be directed at two locations in particular that show massive potential as possible hosts for winter sport competitions.
Phase 2
-In 2020, AXA Of Alps , in tandem with our ski resort designing teams, will introduce the aforementioned conceptual design of the Ski Resorts and Winter Sport Centers. The final approval is going to be a comprehensive process that will include all participants: government representatives, architectural designers, environmental specialists, winter sport experts, etc. AXA is going to be in charge to organizing and coordinating the whole process. AXA’s main duty is to bolster efficiency and maximize profits through the use of sound managerial practices.
From 2020 to 2022, we anticipate the full completion of the Botanical Gardens, Sanctuary of Medical Herbs, and the National Park of Adventures.
Also, construction for the Winter Ski Resorts in the designated areas of Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia(Border Region) will commence during this time frame.
Phase 3
Project efforts will progressively ramp up as time goes on; by 2022-2025 the majority of the project will be completed, with most parks and resorts opening around this period. By that time, we envision that this breathtaking region will attract the interest of winter sport professionals and recreational enthusiasts alike. In fact, we are very optimistic that our state-of-the-art facilities and structures will be capable of hosting prestigious competitions even at such an early stage. The sheer beauty of this wondrous landscape is, without a doubt, the key formula for our success.
