And we are talking about a Project that is not going to be partial, or fragmented in small parts, this Project is going to be unified , complex and integral referring to the philosophy of economic development, global related to the efficiency of using all opportunities and advantages . The fact that this Project includes a Region laying in four countries is going to be enough to understand how much important is going to be for the economical growth of this Region.

This project is going to benefit specially Albania and Kosova (Both have borders with entire Region) and really both needs more than any other country in the Region.
One of the most significant tendency in today Life is: The human being is considering the nature as his or her second house. In one side providing and using bio food(organic) , using more and more herbals(and medical herbals), walking more often in parks, forests or mountains are today in very high demand as an important condition to live longer. In this way people are going to be able to provide and keep themselves in a good health situation. That’s why the Mountain Tourism is becoming more and more popular in our life. Also the Mountain Tourism offers a lot and has a lower cost referring to others.
So what is necessary to do today and in the future ?
First we need to do a Project which is representing clear and in detail all the opportunities and advantages that the Region nature offers to us. Why is interesting for a foreigners to visit Albania and the Region? What makes it special? What a visitor can find in Albania and in the Region that He or She can not find to other places?
Albania and entire this Region mostly are untouched , unexplored but with a privileged geographical position. The Mountain, the River , the Sea and the lake create a natural miracle co- relation to each other. You can taste all of them almost within a day. So far except few small family businesses that are involved to build few facilities (serving their houses as hotels and shelters for visitors) and building few small hotels is not any other government program or any other serious internal and international project running in this Region.
Refereeing to the opportunities and sources that Albania and this Region in general offers, The Mountain Tourism present a real economic potential having a big impact in the development of the country. 70% of Albania’s territory is mountainly, where still lives more than half of population but in terms of economical concept doesn’t play an important role.
Every year are coming more and more people to visit the Region and that is a good news for the country and the Region. Looks like the Mountain Tourism plays a pivot role in effects to the economy of the country. So now comes up the question : How we can make a project that is going to bust the incomes from Mountain Tourism and also is going to change the life of the people in this Region? Overall is still a lot to do to promote the value of the resources that the nature offers in this Region. It is necessary to create a much more aggressive network with web-sites to present not only the beauty of the nature but specially the value, effects and benefits to the peoples life . Albania and this Region are still very clean, no smog, 0 pollution , it has a flora and fauna of the most rich in Southern Europe.
At this moment is very important to prepare a Project that will discipline the work, the ideas, all investments of individuals and groups or organizations on Mountain Tourism , avoiding the confusion and anarchy that was face in in new construction after post communist area in Albania.

In the area of the Alps most construction will be based on wood structure , typical for that area, and in the east and south-east mostly will be build with stones and other materials typical for that place.
