-So AXA.Org. is going to evaluate the whole managing process based in the results achieved in realizing the objectives of the Project. A destination marketing strategy for this Project should be developed. Procedures and mechanisms need to be devevloped to clarify the contributions of the various actors to the destination marketing activities. Creation of Private Public Partnership, which mean : Some element of the planned mountain resort should be implemented by the municipiality(whats related to needed infrastructure) , while for others such hotels, restauransts, ski school, shops etc. private investors should be identified . The working mechanism should be installed to create a valuable synergy between private and public actors for the benefit of the whole region.
