Monte Negro
The border area with Albania and Kosova is one of the most attractive part of Mountain Tourism for Monte Negro, also lees developed comparing to the rest of the country. The main goal of this Project is to create one of the most attractive and visited area of Border Region, The “Demarcation Line “ will be converted at beautiful Park of Peace and Prosperities for people on both sides.
Monte Negro will be part in three zones:
Zone-1, The South East Part of Monte Negro(Prokelitje National Park, Vusanje, Grebaje, Dolja, Kuti) or The North-west and central Alps of Albania including The Peaks of Vermosh, Theth, Bjeshket e Shales and Nikaj_Merturit(Currajt e Eper), The Koman Leak. In these parts of the Alps is place to build 10-12 ski lift systems, 25-30km ski slops, 900-1000 skier/hour. The facilities’ that will be build up provide accommodation for more than 200-220000 tourists in a year. This zone also offers a great potential opportunities to develop Winter sport Game. Elevation of this area is 1400-2200m, the temperatures in winter time goes from-9 to 2 grade Celsius.
Zone-2, Peaks of Plava and Gucija, Gorazdovac, Bobno Polje, Hani Hotit, Bjeshket e Tropojes, Bjeshket e Gjerovices te Kosoves, these area offers excellent conditions to combine Eco-Tourism with Geo-Tourism. These Regions offers an enormous potential to develop Medical Tourism, there are growing up over 160-200 sorts of medical herbs(very special in terms of their values of use) ,more than 70 species of fauna, over 200 of sorts of flowers and trees. The entire region offers excellent conditions in fighting and curing a lot of deceases specially those related to lung problems. Elevation of this area is 1900-2300m over the sea level. In this Part of the region is place for 12-15 ski lift systems, 45-50km ski slops, 1100-1200 skiers/hour. Able to accommodate 200-250000 tourists in a year. This zone has a great potential to be in the next 8-10 years home of Winter Olympic Games. The temperatures in winter time goes from-10 to 2 grade Celsius.

The Park of Peace is going to be build for ever. Elevation of this area is 1400m-2000m, the temperatures in winter time goes from -8 to 3 Grade Celsius.
