AL-MN-KO-MA –This Regional Project is going to introduce a new vision of a concept to develop Mountain Tourism in this area, boosting its economy and growth, providing employment to thousands, and showcasing the region’s vibrant culture to the rest of the world.

- To provide the best conceptual and technical expertise for a project that is going to unveil the mesmerizing beauty of an undiscovered wonderland o the world. It is our goal diligently and efficiently use all the advantages and resources that this region offers to us in order to create a maximally successful project. - Our main focus is to convert the border region into one of the most attractive places in Southern Europe for winter sport activities. The focus of this project will be centered on Albanian Alps, the border area between Albania and Monte Negro, Kosova, Macedonia and Greece
- Two spots in the Border Region (one where the borders of Albania, Monte Negro and Kosova meet each other, and another one where the borders of Albania, Kosova, Macedonia cross each other ) are ideal places for future regional and continental Winter Sport Competitions. Also, in this Border Region lie a few other fascinating spots that offer great potential as recreational hot-spots: the Peaks of Tropoja and Plave , Bjeshket e Nemuna, Shishtavec and Mali I Sharit, the Peaks of Mavrovo and Korabi, Dardha and Voskopoja
- In the area of Lume e Gashit(Gashi River), “The Alpine Trout Conservation Park” will be created. This Lake is going to provide tourists with the best conditions to go fishing, kayaking, etc. The main reason for this unique objective is to turn this lake into a “lovely house” that will allow for the proliferation of an amazing fish called ”Trofta Pikaloshe”.Moreover, this lake can aid in facilitating the development of the Pellg of Tropoja.-Also there is a great opportunity to build up a Hydro Power Plant(with capacity of 20-25000kw/h)which is going to provide enough energy for the region and even will be sold further more
- One of the project’s top objectives is to create a special attraction for ambitious thrill-seekers: “The Park of Adventure”. This Park is going to be created around the areas of Theth, Curraj Eper, Valbone, Vusanje , Buni Jezerces and Prikletije. This area will provide tourists with endless opportunities for rock climbing, bungee-jumping, paragliding, sky diving, white-water rafting, zorbing, zip-lining, snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiling , horse riding, hiking, mountain bicycle riding etc. Also are design as a prospect places as a " Adventure Park" The Leak of Koman,, Mountain of Tomorri and Osum Canions, Mountain of Dajti and Nivica Canions.
- The Park of Adventure is supposed to impress visitors in all the seasons of the year, pulling more than 200000 people.
- Health Tourism is going to be another focus of this Project. The region has a brilliant ecosystem and is very rich in hundreds of types of medicinal herbs and plants. There are virtually no sources of pollution, while agriculture and animal products are devoid of hormones and pesticides.
- Moreover, another key objective is to create a Sanctuary of Medical Herbs or Natural Medical Herbs Park that is going to showcase the region’s vast repositories of plants that possess incredible healing properties. This area is going to be situated in the Peaks of Tropoja and Plava or in the Peaks of Bjeshket e Nemuna.
- Another one will be design in Shengjergj, Tirana and another one in Permet or Kelcyre. Also Tomorri or the peaks of Skrapari is another potential choice. This park is going to be the first one in Southern Europe.
- - Moreover, another key objective is creating a National Botanical Garden and Cuisine Center showcasing the nation’s vast catalog of dishes. The Natural Botanical Garden will be named “Lulet e Bjeshkes” and built in the Peaks of Lepushe, Vermosh and Gerbaje. (It will showcase over 300 varieties of endemic plants). Also two more will be set in the hights of Gjerovica and Reka e Allages , Bjeshket e Nemuna.
- -The main objective is preparing the competition with the best Ski Resort Designer and Winter Sport Developer to provide the best project for the future Facilities. The main focus will be orientate first to those places that provides the best conditions and opportunities for Winter Sport Competitions. Our goal is in a period of time between 2019 -2023 in Albania to be build at least 15-20km ski slops and 8-10 ski lift systems(Dardhe and Voskopoje). On meantime our attention will be orientate on studding and designing Ski resorts and Winter Sport Facalities on the Alps and Bjeshket e Nemuna, also on The peaks of Shari and Shishtavec, Korab and peaks of Mavrovo. In a time frame of 5-7 years this Region will be added at European and World network map of Winter Sport Competitions. We strongly believe that one spot of this Region in next 10-15 years is going to be able to host a Winter Sport Olympiad. We are going to work restless to make possible this to happened.
