• Selecting the best concept of the Project based in recurses and opportunities that the nature of the Region offers in reality.
• Making sure that privat and public investors are going to get the best chances and the raight protection for their investments in the Region.
• Building up the raght and necessary infrastructure in case of full-filling all the conditions for visitors and tourists that are going to come in this Region.
• Making possible a good cooperation between designing and constructing teams and groups with municipialities  of the Region ensuring that all the goals of this Project to be accomplished to the best level.
